This chef’s knife is forged from 52100/Pops Procut Gradient enhanced random pattern Damascus. The chatoyance is off the charts, and clearly shows how I used my hand hammer to draw out the heel and add length into the piece. The steels are different from what I usually use (1084/15N20), and offer much better edge retention as a result.
The handle features a stunning piece of ultra-rare Cocobolo Burl, framed with black G10 and brass spacers. Every element was crafted with a focus on balance, refinement, and artistry. The result is a truly one of a kind knife, created to serve equally well as a collector’s heirloom and a fully functional chef’s tool.
Blade Length: 9 ¾ Inches (~250mm)
Overall Length: 14 ¾ Inches
Heel height: 2 3/8 inches
